Cristian English

(Cristian Andrés English, 1985, Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina)

Argentine Artist. Throughout the first 18 years of his life, Cristian English alternated his residence between different cities in Argentina, most of all in Patagonia, where he was overwhelmed by beautiful landscapes and colors, which would later be reflected in his current works in oil.

At age 12, Cristian began studying at an art school in Comodoro Rivadavia, where he was first exposed to the shapes and colors of plastic art and music. From there, he enthusiastically began to explore the worlds of guitar playing and drawing, which would help him develop the necessary tools to evolve in the artistic and bohemian fields. Then, in 2003, he settled in Buenos Aires, capital of tango and Latin American culture icon, in order to study psychology and song so that he may grow to understand art in all its splendor.

In 2008, he decided to take a trip through Europe, giving concerts in various bars and squares of major cities of the ancient world, a very moving experience that allowed him to implement much more variety to his personal creations, in addition to establishing the contacts necessary to reach the European market.

Mainly self-taught, Cristian enjoys every work of art as a novelty and a challenge to conquer.
In each work, you’ll be able to find some new detail that will allow you to enjoy an original and different work of art.
